WOMENS WELLNESS & YOGA RETREAT

A nourishing and uplifting retreat for Body, Mind & Soul – ignite your Agni (inner fire)

This wellness retreat is taking place in a remote, magical location high up in the Portuguese mountains, 45 minutes from Faro airport. You will have access to a private pool, lots of space to explore and unwind and beautiful hillside walks. As well as this there will be a daily schedule of yoga, meditation and workshops, allowing you to make the most of this immersive experience. Leading the retreat will be myself and my sister, Ommera. We are both strong advocates for womens’ empowerment in our own individual fields and have a combined experience of over 20 years.
